  • The directors are required by the Companies Ordinance, 1972, to maintain adequate accounting records and are responsible for the content and integrity of the financial statements and related financial information. It is their responsibility to ensure that the financial statements fairly present the state of affairs of the company as at the end of the financial year and the results of its operations and cash flows for the year then ended, in conformity with international Financial Reporting Standards. The external auditors are engaged to express an independent opinion on the financial statements.

Besides these essentials, the shop proudly sells specialty products like coconut oil and vanilla pods from the nearby park. It has become a key source of fresh produce for the community.
